Job Summary

You will be responsible for handling inbound international technical support calls, meeting performance benchmarks in customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service with high call quality standards.

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to international customers (Voice Support)
  • Handle issues related to hardware, software, and networking
  • Work in US rotational shifts (night shifts included)
  • Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction benchmarks

🎯 Key Requirements:

  • Age: 18 to 35 years
  • Qualification: Intermediate (10+2)/Graduates
    (Undergraduates can apply but should not be attending regular college)
  • Freshers welcome; call center experience is a plus
  • Must have excellent spoken English skills
  • Strong technical knowledge is essential (hardware/software/networking)
  • Willing to work from office only
  • Must be comfortable with rotational shifts (5-day work week, 2 rotational offs)
  • Home pickup and drop facility provided
