Job Summary
You will be responsible for handling inbound international technical support calls, meeting performance benchmarks in customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service with high call quality standards.
Job Role: International Technical Support Voice Process
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to international customers (Voice Support)
- Handle issues related to hardware, software, and networking
- Work in US rotational shifts (night shifts included)
- Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction benchmarks
🎯 Key Requirements:
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Qualification: Intermediate (10+2)/Graduates
(Undergraduates can apply but should not be attending regular college) - Freshers welcome; call center experience is a plus
- Must have excellent spoken English skills
- Strong technical knowledge is essential (hardware/software/networking)
- Willing to work from office only
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts (5-day work week, 2 rotational offs)
- Home pickup and drop facility provided
