About the Role
Bluecore is looking for a highly analytical and independent Sales Operations Data Analyst to join their global remote team. This role focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining contract and deal data within Salesforce CRM.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and complete recording of sales data, identifying process gaps, and improving workflow efficiency. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about data accuracy and business impact—this job is tailor-made for you.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Validation
- Review contracts and deal details to ensure data quality (pricing, quantities, billing).
- Identify discrepancies, apply root-cause analysis, and document findings.
- Maintain accuracy and audit readiness across all deal records.
Salesforce CRM Management
- Update and correct Salesforce opportunities with high accuracy.
- Reconcile revenue data (MRR), resolve anomalies, and track product information.
- Report recurring issues and recommend automation or policy changes.
Process Improvement
- Detect workflow inefficiencies and lead optimization initiatives.
- Maintain detailed audit logs and process documentation.
- Suggest automation tools or new SOPs for better scalability.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to clarify contract details.
- Provide timely updates and recommendations to leadership on data quality and operational health.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin, analyst, or ops role).
- Proficient in Salesforce data models – objects, reports, dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- High attention to data accuracy, consistency, and process ownership.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or other relevant credentials.
- Background in contract review, billing systems, or process automation.
- Project management experience or tools knowledge (e.g., Asana, Jira, etc.).
