Job Role
Customer Service Representative – International Voice (Technical Support)
The selected candidates will handle inbound calls and provide technical support to international customers while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Job Location

Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally
- Provide technical support related to hardware, software, and basic networking
- Resolve customer issues while meeting quality and satisfaction goals
- Follow company and client guidelines during calls
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (+2 or equivalent)
- Maximum Qualification: Graduates
- Freshers: Undergraduates and graduates can apply
- Note: Regular college students are not eligible
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Basic to strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Willingness to work in rotational and US shifts
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
Work Details
- Shift Type: Rotational (US shifts)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekly Offs: 2 days (rotational and split)
- Transport Facility: Home pickup and home drop provided
