Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail to identify and rectify errors made by Level 1 associates, providing constructive feedback.
- Conduct logical and meaningful reviews of URL content curation to ensure high-quality extractions.
- Leverage domain expertise to act as a subject matter expert, questioning inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
- Adapt quickly to deliver consistent, high-quality content extractions with commitment.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills to enhance the number of successful content extractions.
- Utilize decision-making skills to assess the extractability of websites effectively.
- Stay proactive and organized while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Ads ecosystem.
- Familiarity with navigating websites to achieve business objectives and extract relevant information.
- Background in Customer Service and experience in Digital Marketing are advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Open to remote work within Warangal as per business needs.
- Strong command of English (both written and oral).
- Excellent logical and analytical skills.
